Returns & Refunds Policy
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the end consumer must send to Julie Cassel, within 14 ( fourteen ) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or from the first attempt of delivery by the courier, an explicit declaration by registered letter with return receipt, or fill in and activate the automatic procedure of Request Return and Right of Withdrawal on the dedicated page.
If you purchased as a guest without creating an ACCOUNT you must send the explicit declaration of the right of withdrawal through the automatic procedure by clicking on the link on the following page:
Julie Cassel will email all instructions for returning the product.
If you were logged in when you purchased, you will find the return request button in your dashboard, in the orders section.
Transportation costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and described on the ” DELIVERY COSTS & TIMES ” page.
The customer can also send the return independently by choosing a courier that is most convenient for him and according to his needs.
- Fill out the form on the ” RETURN OR CANCELLATION FORM ” page and wait for the email with return instructions, or logged in and visit order section in your ACCOUNT dashboard;
- Print the form from the link received within the email or alternatively download from here;
- Complete the form in its entirety:
- Order number and date
- First name, Last name, address, phone and email of the order holder
- Method of Payment and Effective Date of Receipt
- Enter the items, quantity and price paid for each one
- Reason for Return
- Return shipping preference
- Repayment preference
- Select the desired method of reimbursement:
- Same original form of payment
- Voucher
- Signs with date and signature ( We do not accept returns with unsigned and dated forms )
- IMPORTANT !!!
- Send the signed form by inserting it in the product box. Returns will not be accepted if the form is not in the package when the product is received.
- If you chose to return the product yourself, send as soon as the package is shipped the tracking number and name of the courier company or photo of the receipt (be sure to photograph the name of the courier company and the tracking) issued by the shipper to the email address: customerservice@juliecassel.com
- If you chose to return the product with our contracted courier, print the label you received in advance via email and apply it to the outside, the clear adhesive label will be provided to you by the deliveryman at pickup.
You can cancel your order by filling out and submitting the form at this page: RETURN OR CANCELLATION FORM. If the order has not been entrusted to the shipper, it will be cancelled.

Items may be returned within 14 ( fourteen ) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or the date of the first courier delivery attempt;
- the Products must not have been used, worn, washed or in any way altered;
- the Products are delivered to the Customer with an identification and disposable tag: it must still be present, well preserved and, in the case of disposable seals, attached in its original position;
- the Products must be returned in their original packaging, if it is disposable it must not have been opened and must still be tightly sealed;
- the Products must still have all original labels, packaging and accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, rods, wrappers, etc.) received with the order;
- the Products must not be damaged;
- Products must not have already been subject to replacement and/or size exchange;
If you receive a damaged/defective item or wrong package, please contact Julie Cassel Customer Service. We will provide you with a satisfactory solution. We are not responsible for damaged items that are returned without contacting our customer service department in advance.
Upon receipt of your return, we will do a quality check on the product, and then issue a refund. Returns will be processed within 14 business days once the product is received. Reimbursement will be made according to the preference expressed in the form:
- through the same form of payment
- By means of issuing a Voucher with a validity of 360 days.
During the peak selling season, processing returns in our warehouse may take a little longer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Note: Original postage, shipping guarantee and handling fee are non-refundable. Promotion codes and/or vouchers once issued cannot be redeemed in the form of money.
NOTE: If you have problems with a return, you must contact customer service within 90 days from the date of that order.
IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN DISCOUNT VOUCHER AS A REFUND METHOD
After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will sent to you an email of acceptance of the return and an email containing the code Voucher Discount of the value corresponding to the amount of the return.
IF YOU HAVE CHOSEN CREDIT REPURCHASE AS A REFUND METHOD
- If you paid the original order by Credit Card/Paypal/Scalapay/Klarna:
After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will be sent an email accepting the return and you will be credited the value of the refund with the same payment method with which you made the original order, no later than 14 working days - If you paid the original order by Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery:
After receiving and viewing the item/s sent by you, we will be sent an email of acceptance of the return. At this point, in order to proceed with the re-credit, we ask you to inform us to customrservice@juliecassel.comt your IBAN and the holder of the current account to which we can transfer the amount of the return and the return number. - If you paid for the original order with Gift Card:
After having received and viewed the item/s sent by you, you will be sent an email acknowledging the return. At this point, we will send you by e-mail a Discount Coupon of the value corresponding to the amount of the Gift Card used for the order.
- Partial use of the goods and/or damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;
- Failure or damage to the original packaging of the articles/s;
- Absensce of product components (see TERMS AND CONDITIONS).
In the cases indicated above, Julie Cassel will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the same shipping costs.
