DELIVERY INFORMATION

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on juliecassel.com could be delivered any day of the week. Express shipping is available to all destinations while standard shipping is only available in some countries.

If the delivery time of the ordered product is delayed compared to the delivery time indicated on the website prior to the order, Julie Cassel agrees to promptly notify the Customer by e-mail.

Up to the time of shipment, the Customer has the right to cancel or modify the order, exclusively by following the procedures on the site. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary depending on the method of delivery and payment as well as the country of destination and the total amount of the order, is added to the total price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement, within the website.

DELIVERY TIME

Express shipping is available for Italy with delivery within 2-4 days, for most of Europe and the US with delivery within 2-5 days. Available for the rest of the world with delivery within 3-7 days.

Standard shipping service is available for Italy with delivery within 3-6 days.

Our shipping times should be used only as a guide and are based on the time at the time of shipment. Julie Cassel cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or a failed payment, but we try in any case to minimize any delays.

Your orders can be delivered by DHL, DPD, GLS, TNT FEDEX

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may contact you if more information is needed to verify your payment. Once your order has been approved, it will be shipped within 2 business days for products in stock, and within 5-10 business days for products that are coming in and/or in restocking.
