To exercise the right of withdrawal, the final consumer must send Julie Cassel, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or from the first delivery attempt by the courier, an explicit declaration by registered letter with return receipt, or complete and activate the automatic procedure by completing the following form:
